Unsere KI-Produkthilfe beantwortet allgemeine Fragen zu Goodsmokes-Produkten und Versand mit Google Gemini über Cloudflare. Wenn du eine Textfrage sendest, werden deine Eingabe und bis zu vier kurze vorherige Gesprächsnachrichten zur Antworterstellung an Google übermittelt. Feste FAQ-Schaltflächen können ohne Sprachmodell beantwortet werden. Der Verlauf bleibt während der geöffneten Seite im Browser; unsere Anwendung speichert Chattexte nicht dauerhaft. Bitte gib keine Namen, Bestellnummern, Zahlungsdaten oder sonstigen persönlichen Angaben ein. Die KI kann Fehler machen und hat keinen Zugriff auf Bestellungen, Konten oder Live-Lagerbestände. Zur Missbrauchserkennung können Daten begrenzt gespeichert werden. Für Grounding mit Google Search nennt Google eine Speicherdauer von 30 Tagen für Prompts, Kontext und Ergebnisse. Die Verarbeitung kann auch außerhalb des EWR erfolgen. Technische Verbindungsdaten werden durch Cloudflare verarbeitet. Zur Missbrauchsbegrenzung speichert unsere Anwendung einen täglich wechselnden, geheimnisgeschützten Hash der IP-Adresse sowie Anfragezähler, die regelmäßig nach zwei Tagen bereinigt werden. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO für sichere Produkthilfe und Missbrauchsschutz; bei konkreten Vertragsanfragen Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

Our AI product help uses Google Gemini via Cloudflare. Sending a text question transmits that question and up to four short preceding conversation messages to Google to generate a reply. Fixed FAQ buttons may be answered without an AI model. The visible conversation remains in your browser while this page is open; our application does not permanently store chat text. Do not enter names, order numbers, payment details or other personal data. AI answers can be incorrect; the assistant has no access to orders, accounts or live stock. For general material questions, Google Search may be used with fixed public prompts about paper, gum arabic or FSC. Your free-text question and conversation are not sent as a search prompt. Search results are accompanied by sources and Google Search suggestions; they do not establish additional properties of our products. Under its paid-service terms, Google does not use prompts and responses to improve its products, but may retain data temporarily for abuse prevention. For Search grounding, Google states a 30-day retention period for prompts, context and results. Processing may take place outside the EEA. Cloudflare processes connection data; our application uses daily changing, secret-protected IP hashes and request counters to limit abuse, regularly removed after two days. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for secure product help and abuse prevention, or Article 6(1)(b) for contractual enquiries.
